Ambrose is an agentic AI operating system built specifically for insurance agencies. Most AI tools were built for everyone and adapted for no one. Ambrose starts from the agency’s reality: a book of business, regulated data, compliance that matters, and a small team that can’t afford busywork.
So we built a place where an agency creates its own AI agents and teams — defined in plain markdown, connected to their real tools and data, and safe with protected health information by default. Agents quote, follow up, research, and automate the repetitive work, while people do what people are for: advising clients.
What we believe
- Your data is yours. Every agency is isolated, with its own keys and its own records. Nothing crosses the tenant line.
- Never fabricate. Numbers come from real sources with a year and a citation — or the assistant looks them up and cites that.
- Humans stay in charge. Agents ask before they act on anything sensitive, and they never delete.
- No code required. Change a markdown file and behavior changes instantly.
Ambrose runs on Claude via Amazon Bedrock, or your own Anthropic key. It’s HIPAA-safe by default, and it’s ready today.
